The Sunshower can be cleaned with a glass cleaner for the bathroom. It is best to dry the glass plate after use. This prevents the formation of limescale. The back of the Sunshower Combi and the Sunshower Solo can also be cleaned. You will find the instructions for this in the user manual. Sunshower also has a special cleaning set with a cleaner and a coating, which prevent surface residue and limescale.Go to page
Sunshower has products which are build-in and build-on. The build-in products, like the Deluxe, Pure XL, and Pure are integrated into the wall, therefore a renovation is needed. The build-on version can simply be installed in a free corner of the shower, plug and play. The power supply will come in most cases from an adjoining room or via a cable duct from a power outlet in the bathroom. A 4 meter waterproof cable is included to ensure a safe connection.Go to page
The infrared lights have a lifespan of 2000 hours (approx. 12.000 sessions). The UV lights have a lifespan of 800 hours. After 600 hours, (approx. 3600 sessions) the UV output decreases and we therefore recommend changing the lightbulbs at that time. This will be indicated by 5 LED lights around the STOP button that will begin to blink when you start your UV session.Go to page

The Sunshower has two functions: infrared and UV light. The infrared lights have a peak in the shortwave range (IR-A). This radiation penetrates more deeply into the skin than long wave infrared (IR-B/IR-C). The UV lights provide both UVA radiation and UVB radiation but due to the glass panes in a low dose. where UV-B light stimulates the production of Vitamin D.Go to page
